Planning
We meet with our client partner(s) to collaboratively design the scope of each search, share our “go-to-market” strategy, and discuss the broader narrative for candidates interested in joining their company. If applicable, especially for senior-level searches, we create bespoke target landscapes or other custom-generated content, utilizing our proprietary industry research to identify the role’s best-fitting candidates.
Sourcing
As relationship experts, we constantly maintain our well-connected network. When we kick off a search, we tap into this rich network to develop referrals, gather additional industry knowledge, and in turn, share market intel. We connect with all candidates before making introductions to our clients, establishing our role as an informed and trustworthy go-between for both parties. Debrief & Feedback
When we present a shortlist to a client, we provide relevant and specific commentary to foster discussion around the best-fitting candidates for the role(s) in question. Once the project moves to the client interview stage, we meet with our client regularly to hear their feedback on candidate interviews. We conduct a similar debrief with each candidate post-interview to assess the conversation, understand their level of engagement, and give productive counsel, maintaining an efficient and discreet process throughout.
Offer & Closing
In this pivotal phase, our partnership approach is essential. Our close relationships with clients and candidates make for smooth offer term negotiation, ensuring a mutually beneficial arrangement as well as a seamless transition for both parties.
